Not sure what the in-game reason is, but the development reason is that most devs don't adjust the feet for the female characters and they are perpetually stuck like they are wearing heels. It's something that bothers me a lot more than it should. You see girls in renders walking around barefoot on their toes like that's normal. I don't know anything about Daz and the rigging for the female models so I have no idea if it's just easier to leave them as is, but that is likely the reason. MC may just be short as well, who knows.

By default all assets are the same height, 6 feet.
Then as you say, female models always have heels, even barefoot. If the Dev knows what they are doing, they edit that, but, most have no clue, or are not detail oriented.
One Dev has explained that he had to use a tool that tells him the height of the models so he could adjust them to what makes sense in his character sheet. I have no clue of the name of the tool.

Not that I think it is even needed, but I wanted to see what your walk through choices looked like. I don't think it's working as intended - screenshot is with URM showing it set to True but the next screen isn't showing the Red vs. Green text. Only got the colored text to show when forced the 1st option via mod.

Well heck if you really want to fix errors... There are a whole bunch of other ones, many involving apostrophes either missing them, adding them when not needed, or using the wrong form of a word that takes one especially your/you're...

I just want to say thank you to the Dev for all their hard work so far.
I have just played up to the end of 0.05 and I REALLY like this story and it's characters.
