VN - Ren'Py - My Hotwife [v2.14] [Ben Lucky]

This game has started strong, and seems to be progressing well. I wish the developer luck, and look forward to seeing everything else he makes!

Gameplay Review:
This is more of a visual novel than a game, so not much to review. That being said, if you need choices and control, this game may not be for you as there seems to only be one path with flavor only in your choice of dialog rather than outcomes.

Story Review:
Mild story spoilers ahead: I love that the wife is reluctant at first, but goes along with things as the husband suggests. Seeing her grow more independent while still clearly loving her husband is a fantastic direction for the game.

Art Review:
I know that art is subjective, but I thing the wife looks nice in this. She's not "super model hot", which makes her feel more real (my preference anyway).

i am really enjoying this so far - i appreciate the models for the wife - i like more realistic looking women in these games - only draw is that there seems to be a bit of a rush to get to the action - the story is good but rushed so far.

So far I'm absolutely loving it. A very solid story, the art is fantastic, and the updates are consistent. I'm very excited to see just how naughty the wife gets. I can't wait to see more! I wish this guy all the success he can get!!!

On the shorter but still great amount of content for the level of development on the game. Cute wife, confident cuck, and sexy but understanding bull is a great trio. If into cuckolding/netorase this is a game to definitely keep your eye on.

If you like the kinks listed this is a good start of a game that you should look at.

There aren't (yet at least) any choices that impact the story in a meaningful way, but I think I saw the term "flavor choices" in the discussion here and I think that term fits (you can choose how you react/what to say and in that sense impact the storytelling).

I think the wife looks hot/is cute, and nice to see someone that has a more realistic body. The "corruption" goes quite fast (so far, it's an early version).

It's nice to see a story where both husband and wife seem to really enjoy what's happening. Looking forward to see future development.

Update mid April: Be aware that the story has taken a rather extreme turn toward humiliation and femdom from the initial sharing and loving. If that is your kink, then great. But the above comments are partly no longer valid.

Poorly done drawing of the wife, the relationship between cocks and the woman's body is too disproportionate, too simple as a game, few possibilities, no emotion, a husband who uses his wife to pay off debts, so the game is a representation of a husband who exploits his wife to make money, nothing special, I was thinking something exciting, yes there are now only cuckold games, but all almost the same, then too short and too short updates, for a game where there are three characters and a single plot.

In this game it's not the graphic that is the important part, it's the story line and how the Dev is building up the tension towards the male protagonist's goals is great. That the female protagonist is really cute (and horny for BBC lol) make the game even better.

I love it for a start, very short begining, but it is just the initial release and I can't wait for more, I love the Wife, a simple beauty and not over the top, the choices don't really do much but hoping that will change in futre releases. If you like the NTR genre this is for you!

As a first start it is relatively promising (if you like NTR of course).

The most interesting as opposed to other games with Wife in the title, is the fact that the black friend is surprised and has some doubts about bedding his friend's wife. (For the first 10 renders )

Of course the wife currently goes from "hmm what is the most popular genre of porn that is selling on onlyfans" to "imma going to suck your best friend off" in 2 days.

Still, i liked it.

Looks promising. I enjoy the appearance of the wife, she is not a perfect top model which makes sense. It's more realistic and therefore immersive. Would have prefered if the wife herself was driving/suggesting doing porn for money, but it still works as it is

Note: The review will not factor in anything regarding the models and renders, because that would be highly subjective. What I find hot may not be attractive for someone else, so in the interests of remaining objective I will only base my review on other aspects of the game.

1.0 is a decent start to the game, and shows potential.


The good:

- It jumps straight into the thick of things. I won't deny that some build-up of tension, and slowly working the couple towards the idea of sharing/cuckolding would be more immersive, but that doesn't seem to be the tempo the dev is going for. This game is more of a quick fap, direct and straightforward with its scenes - and that has it's own charm.

- The people that MC shares his wife with aren't super stereotypical. Sure, there's the "ex who came back" but he isn't your typical douchebag, there isn't the stereotypical token black guy or old man, etc. The two people in the story so far who get to interact with the wife are an ex/old classmate, and a masseuse. Hopefully, the dev continues to be fairly original and creative with the characters he chooses to introduce to the game in the future.

- There is still some build up in the sense that the wife hasn't straight-up fucked anyone else yet, so I hope the dev capitalises on this and keeps ramping up the "intensity" of the NTR going on.


The bad:

- The choices currently available don't seem to do anything much, really. Sure, they affect the MC's thoughts, but it would be better if they had a more tangible impact on the other characters as well. For example, if MC were to say "we need money so we might as well do this" the wife can be a little more reserved, and if he were to say "yeah I think it's hot, let's do this" she can get into the act a little more, being more adventurous with Henry.

- Also, I hope that in future updates the choices will lead to different routes, rather than just ending up in different "variations" of the same route where every event plays out the exact same way.


With all of that being said, I think for a first look this game is miles better than plenty of other netorare/netorase games out there. Give it a try, support the dev if you can, and I hope to see more.

Enjoyed this early demo atm! renders are nice, story is ok, nothing crazy but it works, not a slowburn for sure, but its ok, not every game of this flavor should be like that imo. But i liked what i saw so far

Whatever potential this had is mostly wasted. Your wife is corrupted incredibly quickly, the choices don't affect anything, and it's all been done before and done better.
"I let my horse cock friend move in, and now my wife's a whore" as a premise is boring, and the writing is uninspired.

Everything about this is incredibly average. For an initial release (v1.0), there's not a lot here that stands out, but none of it falls flat. 3D renders are alright, scene progression and 'corruption' of the wife is quick. The plot isn't new or elaborate.
The choices are mostly meaningless in regards to what content you get, but do give you a feeling of control in how you want the MC to feel about the situation.
It won't be a standout game, but for a short renpy title, it might have some merit when it's finished.
