The answer is always going to be "Yes, but..."

People have been creating some very impressive AVNs for long years before the current generations of CPUs and graphics cards.
Anything you have now, will be better than what they had then.

So technically, yes.

But...

The more impressive you want the game to be, the harder you'll need to work. In part, to keep up with people with much more powerful machines.

For example... Your graphics card only has 4GB of memory. That's fine. People have written games since 2GB and 3GB were common. But the more onboard GPU memory, means it's less likely the textures for programs like Daz3D will overwhelm it and fallback to CPU rendering (Slow). There are tricks and tips for better optimization, but that also requires extra work.

Of course, you don't need to have 3DCG models. Perhaps you were aiming for pseudo hand drawn graphics (very popular if done well).

Anyway, almost any PC or laptop is capable of writing an AVN game. The real bottleneck will likely be if your renders take 20 minutes or 6 hours... and therefore the only limitation will be your own patience.

Just adding to what is already very good advice above, your biggest problems are going to be storage and heat management. A laptop doesn't have 4+ fans cooling or an AIO cooling it. Temps are going to get quite toasty and likely slow down (or possibly even overheat) your machine's renders. It's just a natural problem given the size limitations of a laptop. Of course, you can circumvent this with an eGPU, but that'll run you quite a bit in this market. Enough to just make it easier to buy a PC outright.

Storage is a smaller problem easily solved with an external HDD/SDD, but 500GB will run out quick with Daz assets. A TB is safer, but even that'll get low as your asset library expands. Just some stuff to think about.

Your biggest problem with todays characters is going to be the amount of VRAM you have available for rendering. there are several things you can do to make the most of it.
  • use a lighter rendering engine (filament works decently well it seems although I haven't used it personally)
  • use older characters in DAZ (They need less VRAM as they where made for use with older graphics cards that have less VRAM)
  • Render characters and backgrounds separately (Use that myself quite often. Made a tutorial about that somewhere quite a while ago)
  • Pick the style of your game carefully. Daughter for Dessert is a good example of how you can limit your render times and get out a good looking game with limited hardware.
of course it isn't either or with these tips and you can combine them to get to a point that works for you.
