Overview:
My Monster is a visual novel about Samuel Hart, an anxious man finally making the big leap: moving in with his soon-to-be-not-so-long-distance-anymore boyfriend—the big and friendly Sullivan, a monster who wears his heart on his sleeve.
With Samuel settling in, and Sullivan off work for a few days, the two make the most out of their first few days of cohabitation. Follow the couple as they hit up the town, go shopping, visit the city, relax under the stars, and more!

Yeah, the tags aren't completely accurate. Everything is completely consensual and you can choose not to have sex at all without it affecting the relationship. Or bang every night for 3 days, which to be honest most people are going to pick.
There's no rape, graphic violence or drugs (unless the protagonist having a single drink at a bar counts as drugs) and it's not a mobile game. Should probably be marked as finished too.

My Monster contains unavoidable instances of strong profanity, moderate sexual content, partial nudity, drug references, light use of alcohol, and depictions of anxiety. It also contains avoidable/optional instances of full nudity, pornographic scenes, light BDSM, non-standard monster anatomy, and gun violence (depicted in a film).

The only thing might be reaching is the "rape" tag depends on your deception (IMO both sides are legit)
Not sure about the rules of "mobile game", I assume it's used for games can be played on Android

Also, it's officially finished? Is the dev moving on to another project already?

Yeah, the tags aren't completely accurate.

There's no "rape" in the VN at all. Marijuana is referenced in passing twice, but no one actually smokes any, so "drugs" probably isn't necessary unless you count a few sips of alcohol. As for "graphic violence," the characters can watch a John Wick type film where people are shot, but this is not described particularly graphically. Someone downloading this game based on any of these tags will probably be disappointed.

It's finished and content-complete. It will only be updated if people find bugs, typos, and hard-to-parse sentences. I have some ideas for a next project bouncing around in my head, but nothing serious right now. My current plan is to spend the next few years improving my art and honing in further on my style. In the meantime, I'd like to make beatmaps for Beat Saber.
