Everyone loves an argument here, despite facts in your face, there are plenty of observations and complaints but they get deleted.Since you're saying "as seen already" then you already saw that each chapter, despite having longer development time, had a higher image to time ratio, right?
Also, the comic was as free as the game updates, and only patrons can say what they want, but I see very little complaints here, yours being one of the few ones.
Like I said, I'd prefer not having the comic at all, but it is what it is.
Even though we are still very early in the game, with the money he is making so fast and increase in waiting times between updates in direct proportion to this, is not a good sign. The next update intervals will reach 6-8-10 months very soon. It's called power poisoning and very few people can handle it. Mark my words.updating the timeline with the estimated release date:
chapter 1 - released on june 6
chapter 2 - released on july 1 (25 days after chapter 1)
chapter 3 - released on august 20 (50 days after chapter 2)
chapter 4 - released on october 24 (65 days after chapter 3)
chapter 5 - if it releases on january 31st (99 days after chapter 4)
But the irony is youre also whining in that capacity, begging to change the game into something it is not. There's no debate on the topic CG has already talked about his intentions earlier in the thread, interracial is a theme but not the main theme and the primary relationship isnt NTR. You can never make everyone happy but thats just how it is, there will be those who want none of that and those who want more of it.Pls make the game NTR and raceplay only so these whiners can finally go away.
Not all updates are made equal, the editing, quality control and standards are from what I have seen/heard yet again risen with this update. There are those will still be unhappy I am sure, but comparing the length of time it took to produce say chapter 2 with it's fairly straight forward renders and editing to what takes place in chapter 5 is not a remotely fair comparison. Complex multi character scenes, high quality static backgrounds, animations and establishing consistent outfits across a large number of characters all add time to these sorts of projects, the payoff will be worth it for most I think.Even though we are still very early in the game, with the money he is making so fast and increase in waiting times between updates in direct proportion to this, is not a good sign. I'm pretty sure NTR fans didn't specifically ask for NTR comics, though I do agree with the overall sentiment.Given that they never seem to be particularly happy anyway I think the lesson here might be to not give in to any begging, and for CG to continue to do his own thing.
it comes down to "was it worth it?"Not all updates are made equal, the editing, quality control and standards are from what I have seen/heard yet again risen with this update. quality can't be objectively quantified, it's up to personal taste. development time CAN be measured, and i think it's useful to do so. it is very, very rare for development times to get FASTER as they go, as others have pointed out.Now I know some here do not care about quality as a metric, given the games they enjoy and that's fine. Some just want something quick and dirty to fap to. But for those who enjoy sleek design I certainly think theyll understand that waiting a bit longer is worth it.
You're right about AI being bad at handling certain types of scenes or even poses. However, luckily, there are ways around that if you're experienced with it. It mainly involves a lot of photoshop, doing cutouts, manually drawing things, adding shadows, ect... The thing is, most people like group scenes, especially within this genre. Every update is better than the last and seems to be increasing in size. It's hard to find a sweet spot, but Circle has never let us down and I don't expect him to let us down in the future. As a friend, he's incredibly talented with how he makes his scenes and how he presents the images to the audience.it comes down to "was it worth it?"
if the dev spends an extra month on an extremely expensive (in terms of development time) group dance scene... well, that dance scene better be pretty amazing, you know? because otherwise... it was a waste.
AI is notoriously bad at handling certain types of scenes, like cramming multiple people into a since scene. a smart dev might actually choose to write a story that plays to the AI's strengths, and focus the story more on 1-on-1 interactions, instead of giant orgies.

to me, the every-2-months releases felt appropriate for the content that was being released. if the tradeoff for "more group scenes" is "3-4 months development time instead of 2," that's definitely not a good trade in my opinion.
