I don't know if your the person to bring this up too. But I like the game alot, I do think it would be really cool. If one of the girls "brought out" Eric's super dominant after being relentlessly teased by her and became her owner,master whatever you wanna call it.. And TO ME the girl that would "unintentionally" do that is the one with the red hair and the black bikini from the beach.
The way she acts,teases Eric n all seems more different than the others at this point in the story. The way this all happens is, she's teasing him as usual, but then brings up something about the new neighbors son and how she's got a date with him describing some ways she's gonna " let the neighbors son play with her". Then Eric breaks , and snaps at her getting all close n stuff to her face. Talking very sternly at her,half shouting at times.
She at first confused,a little shocked too, then slowly becomes really shocked. Her eyes growing bigger. Her cocky confident demeanor crumbling away,giving way to a submissive side she feels bubbling up inn her stomach as Eric berates her for all. The teasing n "jokes" that have been thrown at him. She slumps to her knees in shock n awe becoming more enamored with a side of Eric she never knew existed or at least to this extent.
Before she can react he leaves in a huff and the next time they see each other. Maybe towards the end of a chapter,maybe she finds him at a party or something say at a beach idk where this next part happens. But it happens,where finds him, her demeanor calm, quiet, a semi serious look on her face but sullen. She starts taking off her clothes off until fully naked and presents herself(Maki, I think her name is) to him.
She says she is his now he "owns her", she is now his property to do with as he sees fit. Repeating that she wants to be Owned by him and is super ready and eager to please him. She gets super sultry when she says that last bit. And that the last time the saw each other really brought up something in her as she never knew Eric had that side of him in him.
In short Eric takes a girl, Maki(I think girl with redish hair) all for himself and she took a guy all for herself.( Meaning Maki doesn't wanna be shared with anyone anymore and only be fucked by Eric. That doesn't mean other guys can't cum on her as Maki gets off super hard,as does Eric on Eric dominating her in front of other guys.)
PS. I know Eric gets off on being teased but I feel the exception to that rule in terms of this story is that red haired girl. And she brings out his super dominant side that SLOWLY trickles out to his relationships with the other girls.

Pretty sure it was mentioned in the game that they'd want to have some kind of poolparty with the neighbors to get to know eachother, but I couldn't tell you when they talked about it...or if I'm hallucinating.
Finished the game andi really like the fact that the mc is not a huge loser with a small dick, his relationship with his girlfriend and how everyone is enjoying their fantasy is kinda utopic but hey, it's fiction, so it really works for me.
i find it healtier than the traditional trope, a bit of vanilla to this kink, the series awakened a newfound love for series like this i'm really enjoying it.

Yeah. I like how the MC starts out as the straight-man. Suddenly waking up in a world populated by exclusively by smiling, happy, and (consensually) deranged sex-freaks, whom all accept and act-out various kinks on eachother. It gives the depravity a sort of ligh-heartedness, even when it goes hardcore.
We still don't know an exact date but I think we'll have the update in about a week from now
