Sorry guys but I don't use a shitty antivirus .
Windows Defender is notorious for false positive. Not saying it not good, but still not good. If that contradiction makes sense.
On that note, the file is clean. I will post a virustotal as proof but next time, I am not doing that.
You guys do your own research and see what google says on what it reporting.
So it up to you guys if to use the mod or not.

Do you mean the bug patch on patreon, that is already updated. If you mean the missing image patch, then yes you need it.

Working fine on my side. From what you said, you installed it wrong. Hence the issue.

Nope, I dont wanna check out .
I pm/dm you the fixed save.
But note, I do not fix people save who attach it in the cheat mod thread nor who do not pm/dm it.

But to answer your question, the fix aka the cheat mod, cannot fix a save with the bug already in it.
That is not how it works. It only fixes the bug before you get the bug, NOT after
