I can't give this "Revamp" anything more than 1/5 and there are several reasons for it.
First issue is with the story, you get a long introduction of the character(s) and right at the very begging MC ends up losing his v-card with a climax... But why? Wouldn't it be much more enjoyable to achieve it by playing and making choices as a player. After all this game is made in RPGM.
Speaking of RPGM, it is a second issue that I had with this game. The amount of interactions (lack of) that are available to the player, linearity of the story and the lack of RPG elements in design makes it frustrating and you end up asking yourself why was RPGM chosen as an engine for this game. You will spend enormous amounts of time just traveling from point A to point B. It doesn't feel rewarding and on the contrary it feels like a bad MMO game with lots of fetch quests.
Another issue that I had was UI. There is lack of it but at the same time there is too much of it (Phone item). When you use phone item you see a lot of icons but you can't interact with most of them. Most frustrating icon is the map icon, which just there and no matter how hard you will click on it it won't show you a map of the world. While those that are there and intractable are really hard to notice.
To conclude. The game is really suffering from being made in RPGM due to the lack of a gameplay that is required. It would have worked better in Ren'Py. Story is... It just exists on its own, it is extremely linear, and it doesn't involve player into itself. It really feels like Telltale walking simulators but without "___ will remember that" because you, as a player, just aren't given choices to make. And, of course, the UI. No map. Hard to navigate in the "phone item", no way to skip videos or increase speed of videos that are playing during sex scenes.
