Ren'Py - My New Neighbors [v1.83] [Rmaximus]

Hmm, how to summarize... This game is good in many ways and bad in a few ways. Overall I think the dev has created a fap-worthy game. If you're here for a compelling story, or exciting gameplay, you will not have the best time. This game has enough of that to engage you and allow you to masturbate lol. Which, to me, is perfectly fine. I could do with some more story, I could do with some more gameplay, but hey, I'm not on steam, I'm on F95zone.

That said, this game does miss a few things in the design aspect that I think are a shame. First, while I'm about to complain about the story, I don't think it's as bad as what some people have made it out to be. Ex: I saw someone write "YOUR NEIGHBORS SHOW UP NAKED AND IT'S TOTALLY CHILL???" and, yeah it's odd, and the dev does poorly explain it... but it is explained... Like I said in the intro, I'm not here for a story that's going to move my soul. The story definitely has some things that make me think "... why didn't the dev just do xxx?" however, so... story isn't perfect.

The other complaint is around the sex scenes. They are actually great, so don't let this discourage you, I just feel there is a lot of untapped potential. Music and audio during the sex scenes is absent. Why? Drop some 70's bow-chicka wow wow and some over the top moans on that shit. Also, dialog is absent during the repeatable scenes. Why? Put some kinky lines in there, we can hide them if we want. Beyond that, the scenes are great. Multiple stages of fully animated sex per pose. Multiple poses/actions per girl(s). Many many girls. Oral, Vaginal, Oral, "impregnation-talk", incest, NTR (MC cucking another male, there is no MC being cucked content that I've seen), etc. The sex scenes and dialog leading up to them are pretty good. But then dev dropped the ball a bit during. Eh. They work. They just could be better.

So, all in all, I got multiple faps out of it so I can't really give it anything less than a 4 star (which is kinda the bottom of my "recommended" scoring). I think the game already has plenty of content, dev just needs to put a cap on it. Make us feel like we're progressing towards something (currently I'm just fucking women like crazy, which is chill, but I literally will never think of this game again now). Also polish the sex scenes as stated above. AAAAnnndd... some more multi-girl scenes would be awesome lol

Story = Poor...there is nothing new, if you are expecting something new, nice, or wholesome, well...is not there.
Renders = Some good, some just copy/paste with minor changes.
Sound = Yeah, we have some musics, good taste too.
Amount of content =If you are starting right now, there is some good amount of content, of course is a sandbox, do you need to do stuff over and over, but is not bad overall

Well...what i can say about this game, first is the giant size, there is game, with the same graphics, with more content, there is 1/4 of the size of this game. I really wish that i can like the game, is not bad but there is stuff that i don't like, for example, this is the "harem" version of the game, but some of the characters keep talking about "hey, my ex have done this to me", at night in the market zoe have sex with another girl, without the mc being there, she even joke about being bi now, is that ntr? I believe is not because they are just fuck buddies, but that bother me, but i'm an annoying person, and that is my taste. The game is not bad, don't get me wrong, but there is a lot of stuff that could be a lot better, the story is really poor, some of that is a complete joke, even for a porn game, we have some good models, but some of them are really just copy/paste with minor changes (eye color, hair, boobs).
I really love a good story, for some games even if the renders are bad and the game have a good story, i can love, but this game is bad, there is a lot of times that you playing you just say "really?",the mc is that kind of guy that you really don't care about him, he is just happy to get his dick wet. If one day, the game have some rework in the writing, could be a really good game, like i said, if the writing is good, the rest is a bonus, but at the moment, there is a lot of better games here.

I LOVE games with transformation (breasts & ass expansion) and outfit changes (slutiness), but New Neighbours is simply addictive! I couldn't stop until I reach the current point of actualizations. I really like the story, the characters desings and the characters personalities and back stories, I hope RMaximus keep doing great things with this game. Thank you RM.

This a mildly heartwarming and mostly feel-good game, which is surprising given it's plot. As you can see from the title picture, there's a variety of body shapes/sizes, skin tones, and hair colors among the various girls so there's almost certain to be at least one that really works for you.

The gameplay open-world, which means its mildly grindy since you have to repeat scenes to raise stats. However, the girls are all available at multiple times each day, and are easy to find. Also, you usually only need to raise each girls stats 2-3 times. Finally, by clicking on the phone icon, you can see what each girls stats are and what you need to do to advance their storyline.

The graphics are from Honey Select, which slightly limits the interaction varieties and angles, but means there's a lot more scenes and girls (since they're somewhat easier to make).

One thing I really would like to see is some dialogue to go with the sex scene animations. Hopefully that will come with a later release.

Overall, this is a very good game with likeable characters (no douchebag MC here, he actually looks out for his girls), a solid storyline, well-written dialogue and enjoyable gameplay.

good:
many hot character with good and well paced transformations.
UI is user friendly clear and easy to navigate map.
the "what do to next" function is also well implemented.
there is a time skip but I hardly used it meaning the game's pace is also very good.

not so good:
the size is on the BIG side.
the animation are a bit lack luster, short and generic, expected a bit more from a game about corruption.
some characters have a few paths and that is very cool, the problem is that is only SOME.

there are also a few minor problems with the story and grammar but I think they can be ignored.

A solid and decent game but expected more form a game this size in the sandbox + corruption category.

Short Version: Lack of Grammar, weird, a copy-paste of Realm of Lust but with below the average level of graphic, 9 GB…just for this?! Disappointing...


Story: Half-decent but weird...poorly explained...it's like Corruption and Max's life had a baby...but this baby has several disabilities that makes their life a never-ending nightmare

Originality: It's very similar to Realm of Lust (which is fair considering that it's the same dev...but Realm of Lust was better, plot-wise and plot-originality) but at the same time it's identical to all other "corruption-themed" games

Renders: plain, like under the average level, which means it needs to be worked on it...but at least the characters don't wear weird/ugly makeup like in Corruption

Sound: I played on mute, so no comment at all

Playability: It's on Renpy...just click around...

Performance: It's on Renpy = it's playable at least.

Bugs: it needs some bugfix-patches because sometimes the hint system goes nuts or doesn't work at all...also clicking around(randomly) may trigger scenes that you didn't unlock yet...

Animations: very basic but below the average.

Voice Acting: there isn't.

Grammar: it's barely understandable, but needs a proof-reader or two

Amount of content: a decent amount(which is why i'm giving two stars rather than one)...that's a good thing but needs a big rework...

I dunno what the dev was smoking when he came up with this. Many games have a ridiculous story but manage to make it work, but to give you an idea how it is with "my New Neighbours", the neighbours walk in stark naked 5 mins after game start, and they're all demons or something with giant boobs.

I kept on playing but it only got more and more ridiculous and impossible to relate to. You're supposed to be corrupting your fam, but all that entails, is making them drink a weird milk the demons give you. After that, bam, fam member corrupted instant style. That's great right, only it isn't, it's boring. If you like the corruption genre, you presumably want to corrupt people, and not become a full time demon milk dispenser.

I did not like the game at all and can't recommend it. The levels of contrived cringe are off the charts, and no redeeming factor to it that I could discover. Story's non-existent, immersion is not there, cringe all the way till you smash that delete button in frustration.

I bypassed this game many times as the harem/incest/supernatural themes tend to be a dime a dozen - all of which I enjoy but It never really grabbed my attention to try until recently and I regret that in hindsight. Unlike a lot of 'slow burn' sort of games or those that use these 'stock' models clumsily, this was a lot of fun. It didn't take forever to get to the content (though to be fair I'm coming in at 0.75 an have no idea now big or small the updates have been) and a good mix of heart and comedy. It has the standard trope characters and situations but they're fun. The renders are nice for being what they are, not a slight to the designers at all - they're great! - but I'm not often one for the Custom Maid models, so thats a personal take. My only critique is that in the animations the boob physics can get a bit crazy but its not distracting. The game is on v0.75 as of this review and its already got a pretty substantial harem and the story the've creatd makes is reasonable and plenty of room to continue and I'm definitely looking forward to more

One of the greatest out there, MNN is full of content, lots of girls and it's all rendered with tons of animations and a lot of quality. Even though the main girls don't look exactly the best, it's a minor complaint, as there is still a lot to see here. Real good shit.
Bonus points for the devs hosting downloads in GDrive and Torrent, otherwise downloading it would be a chore and disencouraging.

Simple, but with a great potential. I like it very much both the story and the renderings.
I think is better to concentrate on actual girls and add more options to interact with, instead to add too many of these.
Even the code is simple and clear.

Silly idea which should be a lot of fun. Despite an earlier review stating, "no Engrish," there is definite Engrish. I'd overlook it, but you lost me when you blimped out my family. The family models were good to start with. The juvenile "all boobs must be bigger" theme was bad enough. Making the hips twice as wide as the shoulders must be a cultural thing.

If this is your thing, more power to you.
I'm moving on to games that keep the models attractive.

On the plus side, the grind is minimal in My New Neighbors.

Sorry I get it we come here for erotic games but this game feels like it was made by 12 year old for 12 year olds.. I gave it 2 stars for trying to be unique in concept. but the concept is so over the top juvenile that "we need to make you a demon now" was where I turned the game off and deleted it.

I like Harem games, and I like Honey Select-based games, so I had to give this one a look.

All in all, I have to say this is good one. It's not a long, frustrating grind, the hint system is easy to follow, and it's very fappable.

I have two complaints:

First, I thought that the body modification angle was going to involve more customization that what we've gotten so far. It's more straightforward (bigger tits, wider hips, thicker thighs) than what I was expecting. Also, why do their clothes change as well, but only sometimes? Couldn't the girls just choose sluttier outfits as time goes by?

Secondly, the whole MC nudist thing is a bit farfetched, even for this type of game. I don't buy the whole demon aura that prevents people from questioning it, or how he can't wear clothes because they would burn off of him. No offense to the dev, but it seems to be a very contrived reason for the MC to be naked literally everywhere. I could buy that he's taken up nudism at home as part of the corruption of his family, but not everywhere right away. It seems like it should be more of a gradual thing; as his circle of corruption expands and his powers grow, the MC gets more and more comfortable being naked or wearing less around more and more people until finally he's just walking around free and easy.

Regardless, I'm looking forward to seeing how this progresses.

Hidden gem of a game. Looking forward to more . The dialog's does tend to be repetitive when building affection but the animations are great. Would like to see some taking over the city type events as taking over the world has to start somewhere.

I'm loving this. My only complaints are for things I'd love to see added, which I think is a good sign. For example, I'd love to see more around more often. I'd love to see more customization and choice between the different forms we see for the girls. I can't wait for the next updates.

overall this game is not that good.
BUT. and this is a really big ass BUTT.
if youre into corruption in general and depraving girls, this game is a good fap. i would totally reccomend it if you enjoy games like Corruption (the title) or Lab Rats

I like the concept and the curvy renders, with the concept being to make them curvier? Sold!
... except, it goes sandbox, with a guide that's out of date, and would really need a walkthrough mod to just make it a fully casual game.
I'm going with 2 stars although I think as more content is added it will deserve 3.
I can't go with 3 to 4 or more because it's just too grindy to play, backed by a large file size I'm not sure is entirely warranted by the render quality (really feels like the dev could have gotten it down a gig or two).
So, decent game but a bit below average, but likely going to climb to average, and down the road has the ability to be even better. Time will tell.

To many useless characters where you only have sex with and that's the end of the story with this characters
My game suddenly crashed (it can be because of unren console ) wich would be dumb if it was, because grind is slow and it was easier to get trough the game this way

God damn this game is good. I am so confused by the reviews giving it less than 5 stars. It has so so many scenes with so many different characters, but even the characters you like you don't just run out of scenes for super quick. It has breast enlargement fetish, which is pretty central to the whole thing, and frankly a harder to find fetish on this site. It has well written dialogue, it has corruption, it has AMAZING models with different proportions each. It is sandbox but it isn't annoying to play, ever. EVER!

And every scene is animated! All of them! Animated well!

It does so much correctly - I hope this developer makes more games with incest, corruption, and breast enlargement!!

Great story, great scenes, great mechanics. My only problem is that it would be much better if you could change the sizes of everyone's breasts. Having WAY too much big breasts just looks really weird. Like it could destroy their backs. Plus.........idk, it just looks weird imo tbh. Other than that, great game.
