Yeah, it almost sounds like netorase except for two lines:

Unless she has a fetish for cheating(which does exist, where people enter relationships simply because they get off on the manipulation and subterfuge rather than the sex) then I find it hard to believe that he is incapable of bringing her any sexual pleasure. Unlike in porn, in reality a penis isn't the only way to give a girl an orgasm, nor does it give the best orgasms. From my experience girls like variety, and a penis is pretty simple in terms of stimulation. It's pretty smooth aside from the bump at the head and doesn't even stimulate the clitoris. Compared to cunnilingus or vibrators, the penis comes up short.
