my PC not reading rpg makers programs any idea how to solve it ?

for RPG maker ace rtp i can only play game in small screen but not big screen , i try play game with older type of rpg maker and it says i don't have rpg maker 2000 , despite i already install it on my PC


i try everything i can and search internet but no found , any help ?
