Oh and incest is in too.
The more usual settings screen is found under Options, Wills747 Prefs from main menu or in-game menu
Gallery and Rel(relations) are in the quickmenu
Alternative persistent saves/log location
Grant storage permissions on first run!

Small typo error.

Apart from that, for this update the mod is really not needed.
Old savegames work too, so just play an give Scrappy time.

For me old saves aren't working without the mod & with the current mode I am unable to play the latest update.

I've had problems with loading old saves. This time it's working but who knows if it will work for the next version.
