new Character Models and assets. They look good until they move.
Some animations are just completly broken resulting into abstruse stretching.

+ i would assume some Assets are missing not loaded (floating clothes).

I did not have issues with missing textures, broken animations or anything the like... but there is a common issue where the game starts crashing on startup after a while, and the only known workaround at the moment (which might or might not work) is to run the game in win8 compatibility.

I had the same problem, I deleted the folder and re-extracted it, seemed to fix it

Honestly, y'all should wait for another week. The next 7.6.2 version will debug several other stuff.

Also, if you have a disappearing texture problem, put the distance parameter to "height". It works for me.

The new player/npc models kinda suck in comparison to the old ones if I'm being honest. While I'm happy the dev decided to go for more masculine features, the realistic style only served to kill any personality present in the old ones while taxing performance. Hope a reversion happens soon.

Reversion not happening. Ever. The entire change to the new models happened primarily because the dev was using the Sims models, which was a legal disaster waiting to happen.
Besides, I do think the new models are better myself.
