I'm wondering if there is a way to change your appearance/body type/outfit still? I remember being able to edit outfits but can't find it in the new version.

It seems this functionality was disabled due to incompatibility with new clothes and models, I think it will appear again someday, although I’m not sure if this is necessary.

If anyone else has the same problem: After changing screen resolution to 4k the game only displayed the upper left quarter (but this in 4k). Changing the compatibilty options for high DPI to "Aplication controlled" solved it.

Is it possible to change the keybinds for this game? My shift key doesn't work which means I can't sprint and I would like to change that key in order to properly play the game.

If all else fails try a system wide remapping utility such as Microsofts own

The images are outdated. There was a huge refactor of the textures, where as a result, some previously existing textures are missing, and are only slowly added back. Therefore, for now, some items are unavailable until they get the refactored textures.
