Working with the dev that I work with, that's happened a few times and I usually don't catch the mistakes I missed until I do a second or third playthrough when we're testing. But every once in a while, one will still sneak past me without even realizing it. I blame it on my age. It's the only logical excuse I have.

Just some feedback on the sisters model, I don't know if it was the pose/lighting, but the back seemed to be a bit more defined than it should be given her form (may be the wrinkles preset or the muscle overlay).
Also the neck, it is suddenly thicker just before the head, you may wish to adjust the sliders to have a smoother transition.
Both of these can be seen in the preview photos, although the neck thing is much more subtle in the previews but is quick obvious in some stills (the closeups), one scene specifically would be when she is with MC in his room, it sticks out quite a bit.
If you would like you can DM me the character card and I can try to spruce it up a little (without fundamentally changing anything).
And just a personally opinion of mine... le boobs... little too big

So far the tags are up to date! There's now sexual content but there has been no penetration yet so I didn't find any tag for that that I could addAre the tags on the OP up-to-date or is there new tag worthy content?
One neat trick I learned while training as an editor: Read backwards. That way, you have to pay attention to individual words, which helps with catching mistakes. It doesn't work for all of them (grammar mistakes are all but invisible with that method), of course, but it's still pretty useful.
