Do someone know how to cure slaves sanity? Do i really have always to sell them and buy new one?

the game wont start it needs a file called d3dx9_42.dll idk what is that but it keep telling that this file was not found and it cant run without it

There are clinics and psychotherary rooms but now the problem is how to get green stars, let alone red, yellow and purple ones.

Pretty nice game overall .
You will have to build , manage and expand your brothel ; by the end of the day you must still have enough money available to pay for the upkeep of your various rooms and for the guild's fee which will increase as you start making more profit .
Buildings can be divided in income specific ones ( glory holes / BJ rooms / couch prostitution rooms / bed prostitution rooms / ecc ) , popularity ones ( restaurants , taverns , casinos , ecc...these will make more clients visit your brothel ) and utility ones such as training rooms for your slaves , their cages , showers and baths to keep them clean , clinics to keep them free of illnesses , psychotherapy rooms to allow them not to go crazy and so on .
It is very important to notice that each of the income specific rooms also produces another type of currency which are stars ( glory holes produce blue stars , BJ rooms - green stars , bedrooms - yellow stars , couch rooms - red stars , king bedrooms - pink stars ) ; you will need this currency in order to unlock upgrades to your brothel such as new rooms , improvements to old ones or just QoL features . These rooms will however not produce stars unless you assign valuable slaves to them ( 20 "chr" for BJ rooms , 40 for bedrooms , 60 for couch rooms , 70 and above for the other ones ) .
Every 12 hours the slaves market will have new slaves up for sale for you to buy , each slave has various stats you may want to keep an eye on before deciding whether it's worth buying them or not :
- CHR ( charisma ? )
This stat defines how appealing a slave looks to a customer , better looking slaves will be able to make you earn more and reward you with different kinds of stars depending on the job you assigned them to
- LST ( lust )
How pure or lewd that slave is , LST can be increased or decreased via training , it affects how willing your slave is to do a certain job and probably affects earnings as well ; high LST slaves will play different animations compared to their pure counterparts but I am not sure about whether there are customers / jobs who might benefit pure slaves more than lewd ones
- OBD ( obedience )
Will this slave always obey to orders or will she be rebellious instead ? Is she submissive or dominant ? Obedience also affects how willing your slave will be when it comes to undertaking some jobs and it will help defining her personality together with lust ( again , submissive slaves play different animations compared to dominant ones )
These three stats will define your slave's personality and behavior , while CHR can't be raised by the player it is important to notice that you will be able to train the other two stats so feel free to mix and match them in order to see all of the different animations .
The most important stats to be aware of for a long while will however be SAN ( sanity ) and CLN ( cleaniness ) ; if your slave's sanity goes too low you might risk incurring in accidents so until you get to unlock the psychoterapy room you may just want to sell them and replace them whenever their sanity runs too low . Cleaniness is easier to manage as you'll simply just have to send dirty slaves to the showers or build them baths to which all nearby slaves will automatically go washing themselves whenever they are too dirty ; failing to do this can make diseases become more frequent and more easy to transmit among your slaves and among your clients , thus causing accidents once again .
This is more or less all there is to know to play as everything else is pretty intuitive and doesn't need to be explained .

The big 1GB game I downloaded a while ago to see what it was didn't work. And the game is only meant to be about 30MB according to DLSite, previously posted versions are around that zipped and are about 500MB decompressed.
ive got a question as i took a look into the galery after beating the game and theres another two buildings that couldnt be unlocked through upgrades and neither was there a dark elf as was stated is there an update to the game or some sort of dlc?

Hope that the parts fit together as that can create some issues, anyways if thats the case then theres some problem with the game i think you could try to od a japanese locale on your pc and try with that, though you might have to download it again as some files might of fucked whilst decompressing
You just need a slave with 25 cha and put them in the chair room then you get the green ones
