You already can buy everything you need at the shop and it wouldn't make much sense to make more shopkeeper characters (considering that every character in game has her own unique role), so these shops likely exist purely for the entourage. Medals (I assume you mean achievements medals) are all fully unlockable. To see Aunt in swimsuit you should be swimming when the timer reaches 18:00.

what i was saying is that there were probably plans for game that were cut short, like in character editor you can make girls look pregnant and there is also a room behind the stairs that we can not access

I just started, and I think I am going to really like it. However, I read a comment about someone that had a whole playthrough and didnt got sex scenes, so I am going to do my best to find erotic books. Besides that, how exactly can I get to the attic? I see I am at the second floor, but other rooms besides my own seem to be all locked.

From "story" you'll learn that the place has its peak for rooms occupied in winter (being near a ski resort) and since during the story it's summer, most of the village is empty. This is true for closed shops too.
It could be an explaination for using so many "dead" assets for ambiance, rather than making a village with 3 buildings.
Or it could be an excuse for cutting the work short and not using all the assets....we'll never know.
Anyway, the attic gets unlocked after a route ending

i fought all the kids and win, but they didnt gave me any item, i have to fight the more times?
where is the cardbox? i cant find it in the candy store

1) 4 times in total each: 3 battles + 1 ace
2) First talk to Boss in the ski area (he'll metion cardbox slide) and then you can talk with the lady in the store during a week day
3) Drink coffee and late at night enter Aunt's room

From what I recall, there's a specific spot for getting a catfish (I assume you're talking about that giant fish for the foreign girl?) - below the waterfall at the very south of the map, and at the specific time - during evening (from 5pm to 6pm).

Thanks!! i was having a lot truble to in getting that fish, and the other problem i have is the bath scene whit satchan, i cant go futher, even if i give her lollypops and y have the items requires like honey and vaseline, i dont know what to do, the same whit the girl who is in the shrine, she doesn't show herself to the MC i can't go futher whit either them...

You have to beat them all three times to get reward
