VN - Ren'Py - Abandoned - My Sweet Neighbors [v0.12] [Pandelo]

For it's time (2017) it's visuals were quite good unfortunately it's 2019 and since then the renders look very dated. Multiple games have also since been developed using the same rendering models which made an orginal interesting game bland.

The story is boring and overdone with a "silver" that can potentially get in the way. The mother is extremely easy and despite the renders is the main love interest.

Overall when accounting for the dated visuals, lack of an overarching story, and the now abandoned state I can't recommend it to anyone. 2/10

This was and still is one of my favorite games. I absolutely love everything about it, and yet it's a damn shame that it's not being worked on anymore.

Renders are absolutely amazing and the characters are well put together. Especially the daughter who I adore for being so innocent.

Easy 5 stars!

Damn, what a shame that development has been suspended. Although story is a familiar cliche I loved how emphasys was put onto characters reflection about their relationship. Dialogue and situations weren't cringe-worthy and were pretty much functionable for the story. Renders are good and in some cases animation is top-notch. It's a desent well polished release.

Hope to see more in the years to come.

Great renders, the story is not really original but it it interesting, no bug at all.

negative aspect : It's sad it has been abandoned. (I still recommend to play it since there is a lot of content available).

My sweet neighbours wow Just loved it hope it comes back. Love it's story characters and everything. It should be one of the best games over this site. Thanks a lot for making such a awesome game. I would wait for it whatever time it takes. It really have awesome graphics and a great storyline.

After playing this game it made me wonder why my neighbors are not sexy and hot like that (the game got nice graphics). We'll guess I must keep playing the game and waiting for the next release! Quite a huge amount of content added to this early version. There is much to play even the version number is not that high. Have to say it was quite nice to see a game where there is definitely no go if you'll try to do something in the front of mom with her daughter. She (mom) would definitely through you out! However the story is not so unique, but is nicely done through the game.

The daughter in this game is something else. She seems like a girl from some erotic dream . I would quote Nabokov here,

"Lolita, light of my life, fire of my loins. My sin, my soul. Lo-lee-ta: the tip of the tongue taking a trip of three steps down the palate to tap, at three, on the teeth. Lo. Lee. Ta."

Hehe, fortunately the Lolita in this game is 18 years old, so you wouldn't have to be a pedophile. Her mother is more than a hot stuff as well. There are some other sexy characters who would keep you distracted as well. This game has some of the best animated sex scenes, which, no matter how many times I rewatch, turns me on and get me going .

one of my favourite games on here. great characters, great story, beautiful renders, well written. the story isn't unrealistic, so it's fun to have a realistic element in that sense too. it's a lot of fun to play, and try the different paths as well.

This novel has a DMD vibe which i like , i like how the story is set up , characters are for the most part believable and i love storyline with the daughter. Side stories are solid but the main one is my favorite here.

I like what certain novels do , and this one does it as well having a slow burn main route and having things happen faster in side stories giving to each something they might like. As i said i like main route , i do prefer to have a slow burn route like that but i do like that there are easier routes to go with if u want earlier content. Characters introduced so far are well done , their models are good and their personality and actions are for the most part realistic as much as it can be within novels. So if u like realism in your novels this one goes for it, earning some extra points from me for it.

I like that at certain parts there is a chance to see how the girls look at the mc , it's nice to see their perspective once in a while as it gives an unique angle on the story.

Renders are 4/5 , story 4/5, characters and flow of the story is 4/5 , so in a way if i rated it separately it would probably be a 4/5 novel , but i think that when u put the whole novel together things mold well for the most part and there is where i get to 5/5 rating. Nothing in this novel is a major deal breaker and i don't wanna pick small details if i really like something.

Just look at the title and overview, isn't that already tempting enough to give it a try?

And the author definitely doesn't disappoint audiences in story writing. How story unfolds, how relationship develops and how each character changes, all very smooth and look very well planned. And this is not a slow start game. You will feel the story unfolds just at right pace.

All graphics and scenes are good, they totally match how good the story is.

Review of v0.12

Full disclosure, given the scenario of this game, any competent execution would have gotten 5 stars from me. Regarding the most subjective elements, this is a home run.

You have a experienced, handsome, fit, hung DILF main character. This is wonderful and woefully underutilized. I'm so sick of playing awkward teens!

You have perhaps my favorite taboo of all of porn, seducing a mother and daughter. How can you not love the mix of MILF and barely legal with a tremendous level of naughtiness to spice it up. And it makes for interesting storytelling to boot.

So that leaves the more objective measures. The story itself and quality of the writing are good. I find experiencing it to be engaging and am very intrigued in how things will unfold. The English is good with only rare mistakes.

I'd say the greatest weakness is the renders. They are not bad by any means, and seem to have improved a bit as the story goes, but they remain a weakness in an otherwise amazing game. The character designs are fine, but the models and textures have that last-gen quality and a lack of variety in subtle features such as areolae. Perhaps I've been spoiled by a few other games that I played just before this one: [redacted due to reviewing rules].

However, there's a wonderful variety, instead, of facial expressions and body language that I haven't seen in many other games. This adds a ton of life to the dialogue and hopefully other games will follow this lead.

Also, the animations are good and seem to improve as one progresses.

In summary, I don't think I'm as excited to play more content for any other game on F95 than this one! Thank you Pandelo!

I love the way it goes, the art is good but not awesome compared to some other games but it has something special. The story is taking a very nice and different direction from DMD which is a very good thing

This is, in any case, the most beautiful and the most erotic game ever. Both women are beautiful, they have perfect breasts, the female body, the story is extremely interesting and exciting graphics page. I wish it would never end, I can play it over and over again. Simple but fun story, easy-going dialogs and beautiful models. A very helpful official walkthrough in case you have doubts about your choices. The limited branching and the fact that, at any time you can see your "score" with any girl, allows you to enjoy the story. Overall a smooth and really entertaining experience.

A very nice surprise. Great dialogue, believable story and likeable characters. The renders and production values continue to get better as the game goes along. The pacing is good and this is definitely an A game.

v0.12 Absolutely fantastic experience. The setting, the models, the writing & characters are all great. I did not test much of the alternatives so I can't speak much into how varying the branches are but aiming to please both ladies while rejecting the distractions is pretty hot & sweet story and I'm definitely anxious for continuation. Overall a fantastic Western visual novel!

A bit of a standard VN of the MC getting caught between 2 hot fires, in this case the sexy neighbor and her even sexier daughter. So far the story has been mostly focused on these 2 girls which you can both romance without the mother knowing about the daughter, but that is going to change...hopefully soon but I wouldn't hold my breath since the last few updates, the game is now trying to include more side-characters...which has little to do with the name of the game and I kinda hoped it would not get diluted/distracted like that.
The renders and models used are pretty damn good. The game has animations and those are very good as well.
The close up kissing pics are a bit weird for me, but they are done fine enough.
