For all text it needs better english. I like the idea of a game like this better than the execution. The biggest value of going all text is you can throw in many many more options than something graphics based, where you have to render out everything you make an option for.
If it's all text you can have the character walk into a room, see ten or twenty characters with basic descriptions. Pick which one or which few are your favorites, try to seduce any of them and then have the sex go multiple different ways.
And as it goes it can keep track of your history by chaining the consequences of your choices together into a long chain of descriptions that just recite your choice tags. If you're not planning on taking advatage of this, you'd be better off finding an artist and going more visual.

Looks like this was abandoned before really started. It won't be easy to repeat the financial success of Newlife
It is a shitty game with no content at all. It is to small to call it a game. It has no choices but only click through. You can't pick you have to do them all. I hope you do improve.
