Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't consider this eligible for this thread... but thinking about it more, it has a surprising twist I've never seen before in the Mystery / Restricted POV aspect. It is pretty unconventional.
Basically, you and the female lead (of which you can choose if you're lovers or not) live in an isolated village. The village has a mysterious tradition where-- to abbreviate-- the female lead and a member of the village have babymaking sex in a temple. And yes, you get H-stats for the female lead.
You must complete braindead-easy stealth sections to prevent the ritual from occurring. Should you fail (read: choose to fail), the ritual progresses, you're "forced" to watch a scene, and you get three more chances to halt the ritual.
Except now, you get notifications of the female lead that get progressively "worse" the longer you take
and the more times you fail. Each additional time you fail, you're "forced" to watch a new scene. Additionally, you are not allowed the check the H-stats screen until the segment is finished.

The surprising twist is how the story handles the sex and the story. Usually in these types of games, the female lead getting creampied and / or having a baby is the end of the story. You failed, go reload a save.
BUT in this game, the female lead gets creampied AND has an accelerated pregnancy via the ritual (note: births are not shown) depending on how many times you fail and how long you take to complete the stealth sections.
At this point, I was thinking to myself "
How the **** can the story possibly move forward after this?"
Well get this: regardless of the number of times you fail, when you eventually succeed in interrupting the ritual (even if the female lead has like 8 babies),
both the female lead and the man have no memory of their get-together.
They're both completely conscious and willing during the actual sex, but they get memory-wiped because you halted the ritual. The female lead still loves you (if you're lovers) and the man believes he has yet to cuck you. Only you remember since you were "forced" to watch what was happening inside the temple.
If you don't halt the ritual-- that being, you fail completely and choose to give up-- then they remember everything and you get a bad ending.
The male lead wants to give up at this point (if you failed) but learns that the ritual will happen again three more times, each with a different man. So, the male lead is forced to live and make progress in this situation.
Additionally, between these gameplay sections, if you chose to be lovers with the female lead, the male lead struggles with visions of the female lead getting plowed while trying to satisfy her.
And finally, NTR is avoidable if you don't fail the stealth sections in the first place.
