I'm usually not a fan of RPGM games because they tend to waste a lot of your time, but this one wasn't too bad in that regard. I like that you added simple hints when something was happening so I didn't need to keep checking the same places over and over. It's fine to include a few puzzles or less-obvious events, but there should be a clear hint so players don't have to constantly hunt for them.
I don't mind waiting, and I think most people who enjoy mystery NTR don't either. What matters more is how much actual content we get per minute of gameplay. Not sure how to phrase it better, but basically I'd much rather have a 30 minute update packed with content and creative mystery NTR mechanics or side activities that make sense, than a 1 hour update with the same amount of content stretched out. A good example is the minigame you play when Eriksen is with your mother. It was simple and there were only two states, either you're on time or not, but the idea behind it was good.
The game is already around 1.5–2 hours long if you read everything, so I wouldn't set playtime as your main target at all. I'd also seriously consider expanding the VR headset gallery. For example, let players unlock scenes normally by doing the activities and earning the stats, but also give an option in the VR headset (or just an option to do all the events, but only pick one for stats) to just buy the other scenes which you missed later. Replaying the entire game for side content would be a pain. I'm not sure exactly how your event progression works, but if you do Chess Club Event 3, then let players buy Event 3 from all other side activities. You can justify it however you want, it doesn't need to be realistic.
Overall, I was genuinely impressed with how many mechanics and side activities there were, there weren't even that many but it already made a difference. It's not just go from one place to another and read the dialogue. If you come up with a few more, polish the ones you already have, and keep improving from here, this could easily become one of the best mystery NTR games on this site. I'm not like some people who hand out 5 stars to anything with "potential". In this case, I really mean it. You can check my post history. Partly, it's why I haven't rated this game yet.
