With the mod you can pick to view the removed (dream) handjob from the younger version of the mom, instead of the younger Esther she got replaced with. But the Esther one can be viewed too.

Esther has always been a family friend not a relative, it's only that single scene that got changed.

Edit - It's not a younger mom in the change scene. I keep getting it mixed up with the photo album scene before, and maybe there's a bit of wishful thinking too...

Thanks. Does the title screen say "Lain's Walkthrough Mod" under the Mythic Manor logo? If it does you installed it correctly and just need to click the heart icon in the top right of the screen when you're in-game.
If it doesn't say that then you didn't put it in the right folder. Put the files in the folder called "game" from the mod into the folder called "game" from your Mythic Manor folder.

But why I can't download it.its app not installed

Seconded. Mod is throwing errors as soon as you start the game.

Lain is probably a bit busy with their patreon being under review. Installed the mod again and no errors, but I can cause that error if go into the mods folder and delete the btn_mod_idle.png file.

Not sure if it will work on v0.15 or not - but this Mod might not be updated - unless someone else does it?
