The 2 star rating is a blend of 0 for coding / testing and 3 or 4 for the story / approach.
There is a bit of grind, but better than some other games. I like the women included here, or I should say the variety (not all the same).
As to coding, I doubt that the dev even tested this code as a whole, or by chapter. The wrong references pop up (like the MC's room) as errors just by playing. Some goals aren't available even though you have met all the triggers listed. And some triggers aren't even possible due to bugs. Finally, many bugs were listed in the discussion area here before chapter 2 came out, but it doesn't appear that any were fixed when chapter 2 was released. QC, even if only testing the code by running it on a different PC, wouldn't be that hard, and would have identified the vast majority of these bugs.
If you are like me (probably not) and don't like having to use cheats to play a game, you probably want to skip this one until the dev decides to fix the bugs.
