Foreign credit card companies don't want to be involved in people buying NSFW stuff anymore.
It seems that it affects the UK and US the most.
You can thank those whining countries for their law reinforcements that led to this outcome

From what I could find, VISA and PayPal may still work ONLY if you had linked them to your Fanbox account prior to the change in the rules (around the end of March 2024).
However, it seems Pixiv has implemented a kind of coin currency (Pixiv Coban) that you could buy and use in BOOTH and Fanbox.
According to some comments, though, you'd have to change your settings to Japanese region to have access to paying with those coins.
Unfortunately, I can't verify myself whether it's true or not, so feel free to search around in Pixiv FAQ and settings for more information, granted there is

last time i tried to pay with transfer bank is rejected without telling the reason. even though the payment method was correct via transfer.

This doesn't look like the payment page from Pixiv Fanbox. I just checked and mine was completely different, though I can't post it here via my phone.
And from what I remember, Tora coin is for Fantia.
ow that one i fantia of haiba. i think the process around the same for international payment to Japan for these web. so not even fantia would work on the payment
anyone have the Hinana 2nd(the bathroom) with moans edit and xray or it's not exist? can't find in rules34.
I was also looking for one that has voice edits, but all I found is the X-ray with sound effects.
