Got it, thanks! It kind of looks like bone animation in some parts, but the rotations under it don't fit that type of animation. I thought maybe it's blender with some filters, but I'm not sure.

Said himself he uses spine, I remember someone asked that under the koito animation and najar answered. No clue if it's only spine these days since that animation was what? Two years ago? Gotten a lot better since then.
