I think you have to interact with the computer at the arcade before going to the park for Medal 13. You should see some dialogue about porn at work or something. I can't be sure there's other stuff you have to do first, but I got it after that.

Unless they changed the links in the past couple months, all the game work for me. Are you using Japanese Locale? If not, try that. It's the most common issue people have with running Japanese games.

I'm pretty sure this is useless but just in case someone still doesn't understand how to get the red girl scene, I decided to write this.

You need to interact with all of the spots that trigger little conversations with the characters. I'm not 100% sure if these are all of the places, but these are the places that I have found that trigger those conversations:

Coffee shop's logo,
The pc in the backroom of the arcade,
cleaning up signs in the arcade's bathroom,
vending machines in the back of the park,
massage chairs in the enternce to the public bath,
and the fans in the enternce to the public bath.

Also, you need to have all of the achievements unlocked.
Once you got all of these go to the public bathroom in the park and you should have the scene unlocked.

So I interacted with all the things I needed to, talked to every character, got all the medals except 13, and completed the game. But there still isn't any scene. What do I do?

The premise was perfect. Two girls and a boy where one gets to be the dom in turn and make the other two do lewd things. But then two of them gang up on the female MC. I'm disappoint.

If anyone is still having trouble making the redhead girl appear after completing the game, there does seem to be some prerequisites: You have to get all other medals and interact with things which will make the main characters have a small conversation, such as the vending machines in the area above the park, the coffee shop's logo and I believe there's 2 more places to interact in the entrance to the bathhouse. There might be more but it's just a matter of exploring around and the world isn't that big anyway, you'll know you got them all after you see an arrow above the men's bathroom in the park.

3. every toy in playground
4. just interact with everything in downtown even the trashcan
