Forgot the name of the game but I'm fairly sure it was popular but it was also really old. I It's kind of similar to how Honeyselect works except for the controls. It also had other "stories" that were made and not just one sole-story game.
Things I remember:
-Main Game's plot had MC (scientist I think?) open a portal and an alien came out, MC took care of the alien and it slowly evolved, eventually went out and fucked a girl near the apartment which also caused the girl to become really horny thus MC fucked the girl too. (pretty sure this is how it happened can't remember details.)
-Sex was controlled MANUALY. No auto-scenes, you have to move (WASD) to thrust when having sex (it wasn't even thrusting more like pushing the dick into a hole)
-Had free-play mode where you could create "scenes" yourself.
Don't know if the game is still supported now, but I remember the developer saying he'd add more stories.
