in the game something happened(I cant exactly remember what) but it caused about 80-90% of all men to die out however you are one of the few that survived and you are then recruited by an organisation that hands like a ID card thing to men that are registred by them to help repopulate the world. This ID card thing allows you to sleep with any girl as long as jou have enought to pay their fee each girl has a diffrent fee depending on how hot they are and their score by the orginisation. That is the core mechanics of the game. I should mention I did play it on mobile a fewyears ago so it is on mobile aswell I cant remember if its a RenPy game or not tho.
