I just started up the game and saw that the full gallery, wet dream, and the 18+ multiverse is locked behind patreon.
Does this mean that I won't be able to see everything in the game (sex scenes, etc.)? Or does it only mean that I won't be able to access the galleries, but i'll still see all the story and the sex scenes?

Most of the scenes in this game have a sort of part2-appendix (like, "let's go for a round 2!") locked beyond the paywall. According to dev, eventually the older scenes would be made available to public. But if you don't want to wait 5 years to see these scenes, you can use the Universal Ren'py mod. Or just look for the leaked patreon version in the comments (the last one to leak was 0.30, which is pretty fresh).

Hi, pretty much all of the content from the story is open to the public version. The full gallery is kind of a quick access without going through the game itself, who is too lazy to read the story.
The ‘Wet Dream’ and ‘Multiverse 18+’ sections are extra content for people who support us, they are not related to the main story of the game.

If i chose the Mirai/Kurenai Route there are good ends end bad ends but no going back to the Sakura route!?
But wasn't the Mirai/Kurenai route for training his abillity?

The plot is not linear, by making choices you have to be prepared that it will lead to some one of the many endings. If you finished Sakura's branch before 0.31, you can see why the Mirai/Kurenai branch eventually leads to the end of the storyline, specifically in that time frame.
