Pretty sure my save is complete. I held control through all the main story and After Hard Mode, game seemed pretty linear. There's also a full unlock option in the System tab. A good chunk of the recollections say "Not Found" not sure if I'm missing something if they're just empty recollection slots. Enjoy.

For those confused, you're not missing anything. The recollection pages simply have a weird format.

There are zero choices in this game, it is just a kinetic novel.
