I hate to be the first person to do this to you, but I really love your idea, but the execution is not great.
Like I said before, you got a great idea on your hands, but I would say work on the art, firstly. Second, try executing the story a little better. I think you got a great idea, but the piece meal little chapters are not great. Just as things even get started, you're booted back to the main screen. Try focusing on one girl at a time. I like your idea of giving a brief synopsis of each patient at the beginning, but I think it would help you to focus on one at a time for each chapter.
I would say, start again. Because this is an awesome idea, but it is just a frustrating experience, for now.
