I sequence broke a bit, then it happened to me. I helped troy, then went to the boss, then helped the twins, then got a message about "I can't believe I let troy rub his dick on my butt" but I didn't see that happen. the next time I helped him, and I did see that scene the character model was gone, and does not come back

I am unable to save game after a certain point, it's greyed out. Is this on purpose?

Typically saving is only blocked in events or minigames but you should be able to save outside of that, Can you show me where exactly you can't save?

Finished day one and after sleeping I saved right after talking to the boss on day two and bam - the option is greyed out anywhere I go, I tried every room etc. I also managed to make the character sprite disappear on day five(?) I believe by going to Troy immediately after arriving at work.

The bug happened to me and I remember exactly how I did it:

The first time you are told to go help Troy and the Twins, I do that and go report to the boss, after that you must go home and sleep, however, the next day the first thing I did when I entered the factory was go into Troy room, the same buttjob scene happened and after that, she became invisible forever!
