Seeking Need fmc games with fleshed out betrayal

Hello, I am looking for sandbox games where you can be a female protagonist and create and break relations with different npcs. You can be faithful or cheat on your bf/husband (who is just another npc you earlier dated and/or married) and live life normally. I have played games like:

1. Newlife
2. Influencing
3. Girllife(there you cannot make anyone your bf or there is no effect of cheating or whatsoever)
4. About it
5. Degrees of Lewdity
6. Good girl gone bad (its linear, looking for sandbox whre i do as i desire)
7. Secret Taboo
8. Course of temptation (relationship patch 0.5 will probably flesh it out more)
   

My main requests are games where cheating has some effect (guilt/increase corruption) and an option . You can or cannot. Basically a customisable relationship sim. Sorry if i posted wrong place. Thanks!
