After playing Teaching Feeling, One Room Runaway, and Gran Ende II, I need more headpats.

Any more games with that sort of concept? Like taking a girl in and raising them?

NekoPara, it's a kinetic novel but you can stop everything to pat the girls heads. Try Imouto?! Life, and maybe Wet Summer Days.
