So, the game had exhibitionism /public humiliation elements and enf based concepts into the gameplay. It was a while back but from what i remember, it was about two girls who work for some type of community and had to do public services to help the city. You would play as one of the girls and would fight with school supplies like rulers or scissors and can upgrade them. One of the scenes had a girl cooking and burned her clothes off and another had the girl standing naked pretending to be a mannequin.
