The game I'm talking about was a sci-fi pixel side-scroller with a female protagonist. She lived in a bunker or something like that. There was a bathroom stall with a tentacle, and if you had corruption, you could get better scenes, iirc. There was also something about crawling through vents and toxic barrels or something. I really don't remember too well the rest.
