Identify Need help finding a game

I remember it as a 3dcg Ren'Py game. The scene I remember is when the MC and 2 girls (main characters) go to a spa or massage parlour. The 2 girls you are with go to a separate room than the MC. You find out that the person servicing you is a transgirl/femboy, and then there is an optional sex scene with them. I thought the game might be Once in a Lifetime, but I don't think it has any scenes like that. Anyone know what game I'm thinking about?
