a few months back I played a game downloaded from ads coming on screen on this site, after completing game I was waiting for next update it never update so I was waiting and now I want to check whether game new update but I forgot name.

If by ads you mean the old featured games...
Then look here, they're all listed there. If you mean a actual ad like one for a game on Nutaku your going to have to give some kind of description for a identification.
