I can't find any names for the game at the moment. The main artist is called Pieroppai, you can find on twitter, says the development is moving slowly. I can see why due to the animations.

Oh hey I remember that artist, I haven't checked out their stuff in a while. Man, that game looks cool. I'd get that just for the tiddy bouncing animations alone.
