Need help for peasants quest patch

How do I add patch to peasant's quest??
I saw in thread that the stable missing image can be fixed when I add the patch but idk how.
Can someone please explain how to add patch in a simple and easy method.

If you have a questions about a game search, or ask in its thread when it has one. If you mean that bug fix in the opening post you replace the games files with the once from the fixes.

Compare a mod or patches folders and files with the games, it will sometimes be clear where it goes.
