I played this ages ago and can't remember what it's called. It's 2d
The MC sees the girl from the ring drown in a lake and dives in after her then gets transported to a new version of the town he was in. The new town the MC is transported to has a culture that's very open about sex so people fuck everywhere.
That happens in the opening so hopefully someone will recognize it
