There was a game (a ren'py game, I believe) where you live alone in your apartment, but your younger sister (who's either a lesbian or has lesbian tendencies) moves in to attend college. Your character is kind of shady, and you have a gun at one point. I think you had a girlfriend, but could also mess around with the woman in your building.
