In this game you were playing as a female mc, the setting of the world is bleak and is being attacked by some sort of monsters.
You were running away from a fog that turns people into monsters in which your parents and the village from where you came from was obliterated.
The goal was to collect 10(?) gold coins in order to ride a ship out the place.
The game starts with some sort of tutorial then dumps you into a sewer where you were tasked to kill some monsters (kobolds iirc) near the end of this the game tells you that you can stealth if you use a skill point and get a sword from a fallen soldier ( game has a skill tree survival, berserker, slut(?) ).
The game was a top down view but the combat is not turn-based but similar to old Legend of Zelda games.
There was also a satiety, bath and stamina(?) which you need to keep up lest you get riddled with status effects.
When you get damaged there's a chance that you are unable to use a limb or 2 so you needed to make sure you weren't surrounded.
I vividly recall a side quest in a body of water where the opponent was wielding dual AKs
NPC death is permanent and the game is very punishing.
