need help moding lonaRPG

i followed all the instructions, but it still does not mod or anything
Here's what I did

1. Unpack the Game
2. Download CheatsMod-AIO.zip from GitHub
3. Unpack CheatsMod-AIO.zip
4. Copy and paste "Cheats Mod" to "LonaRPG\ModScripts\_Mods"
5. Open the game
6. On the main menu, go to mods
7. Enable Cheats Menu Framework
   • [Optional if multiple mods] Move Cheat Menu Framework to the bottom of the mods list
8. Accept mods list changes, game should restart
9. After tutorial press F9 and menu should appear

If someone can send me a video on how to do it on pc, I will appreciate it extremely
