Identify need help on a H-manga name

This manga series tells the story of a girl who has an accident (I don't remember exactly what kind of accident), and she falls into a long coma in the hospital. During that time, she embarks on a long journey to a strange land (perhaps a desert?), where she meets companions. I remember the story ends when she wakes up in the hospital, all the people she saw in her dreams are real, only now they are all strangers to her.

This manga might be more than 100 chapters i think.
