Need help opening a RAR file.

It has an Internet Symbol next to it. When I click on it, a tab opens then suddenly closes. What do I do? How do I open it?

right click -> open with -> winrar or 7z. you need winrar or 7z installed first.

I have 7zip but everytime i extract a game errors pop up and the game wont open i dont know what im doing wrong
