Need help to instal Nefaram manually

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to install Nefaram manually but I don't know how to do it. I was given the files to download etc... But I don't know what to do next. Someone told me I could go through wabbajack but I don't know how to do it. Can you help me? Is there a tutorial Somewhere please?
