Others Need help whit unziping files from anime sharing

hi i made and account on anime sharing and got mexashare premium to download some content like videos and mmds , i got them but i cant watch them i tried some trouble shooting but no hope , i can share the link to the files if anyone wants to have a go at it , and also download extra from anime sharing since now the premium mexa share account become useless

What's the format? If you go on proprieties, it should say "type of file".
