Need help with nipples

Hi guys, not sure if it goes here but can someone please help me how to achieve such nipples with G8 female?

You could start with a product like Headlights for G8F (

) - it's here in the Asset Releases subforum if you search for it.

You might need to work on a custom texture to get it looking exactly right (colors, gradations).
