Need help with running a vn I downloaded.

I downloaded a VN called Nukige Mitai na Shima ni Sunderu Watashi wa Dou Surya Ii Desu ka? (

) . I extracted the .iso file, with the game .exe file, but it shows some kind of error, and won't open. There was a setup file also, it showed the same error.

Thanks, the game worked after doing so much work, but playing it in japanese is.. anyways, is there any way I can unlock all scenes without having to play? It'd be really helpful, playing the game without knowing isn't very different from not playing at all. Thanks again for the help.

Well thank you for the guide. I already found CG rip from Hitomi.la but seeing it with voice seemed better. That's why I asked, anyways thank you for the help!
